These Terms of Service apply to all Norms HRMS services including our website, web application, and mobile applications (Norms MyHR, Norms Field, and Norms Face).

By accessing or using Norms HRMS ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, web application, and mobile applications, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Norms HRMS regarding your use of the Service.

Norms HRMS is a comprehensive Human Resource Management System that provides:

  • HRMS Platform: Employee management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, performance management
  • Compliance Management: Indian statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, and Professional Tax
  • Mobile Applications:
    • Norms MyHR: Employee self-service portal for attendance, payslips, and leave management
    • Norms Field: Field staff management and tracking application
    • Norms Face: Face recognition-based attendance marking system
  • Integration Services: Biometric device integration and third-party system connectivity

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Types

  • Company Accounts: For organizations subscribing to our HRMS services
  • Employee Accounts: For individual employees accessing self-service features
  • Admin Accounts: For HR administrators and managers with elevated privileges

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service for:

  • Managing employee data and HR operations
  • Processing payroll and statutory compliance
  • Tracking attendance and managing leaves
  • Performance management and goal setting
  • Accessing self-service features through mobile apps

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals

5. Data and Privacy

6. Mobile Application Terms

6.1 App Store Terms

  • Downloads from app stores are subject to the respective app store's terms
  • These Terms supplement, not replace, app store terms
  • We are not responsible for app store policies or changes

6.2 Device Permissions

  • Location Services: Required for geo-fenced attendance and field tracking
  • Camera Access: Required for face recognition and photo capture
  • Storage Access: Required for downloading payslips and documents
  • Network Access: Required for data synchronization

6.3 App-Specific Terms

  • Norms MyHR: For authorized employee use only; sharing credentials prohibited
  • Norms Field: GPS tracking active during work hours; expense reporting must be accurate
  • Norms Face: Biometric data processed securely; consent required for facial recognition

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

  • Service fees are based on your selected subscription plan
  • Fees are typically charged monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Fee schedules are provided separately in your service agreement

7.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as specified in your invoice or service agreement
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for keeping payment information current
  • Refunds are provided as specified in your service agreement
