Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Cannot Login to System

Solutions:

  • Verify username and password are correct
  • Check if Caps Lock is enabled
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try different browser or incognito mode
  • Contact HR admin to reset password

Attendance Not Marking

Solutions:

  • Check if you're within office geo-fence area
  • Enable location services on your device
  • Ensure stable internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page or restarting app
  • Use alternative attendance method (biometric/manual)

Payslip Not Downloading

Solutions:

  • Check if payroll has been processed for the month
  • Ensure popup blockers are disabled
  • Try downloading from different browser
  • Check downloads folder for saved file
  • Contact HR if payslip is not generated

Mobile App Not Syncing

Solutions:

  • Check internet connection (WiFi/Mobile data)
  • Force close and restart the app
  • Update app to latest version
  • Clear app cache and data
  • Reinstall app if problem persists

Mobile App Issues

Face Recognition Not Working

  • • Ensure good lighting conditions
  • • Clean camera lens and remove obstacles
  • • Look directly at camera during scanning
  • • Re-register face if recognition repeatedly fails

GPS/Location Issues

  • • Enable location services in device settings
  • • Allow app to access location "All the time"
  • • Restart device to refresh GPS connection
  • • Check if you're in a GPS dead zone
