The renewal is to be done online by paying the below mentioned fees and furnishing the list of employees employed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the application for renewal is not submitted within the time limit, an additional fee @25% of the ordinary fee to be paid. Failure to obtain registration or renew registration is an offence punishable under Sec. 29(1). The punishment maybe with a fine of Rs. 5000\/-. In case of continuing offence, the fine may extend to Rs. 250\/- for everyday of breach. Even if no employee is employed all Shops and Commercial Establishments are required to obtain registration and renew the same every year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
